Eight-character blind flange—openable and closable, with an integrated design.
The A8-shaped blind flange—its very name is distinctive: it consists of a solid disc and a ring-shaped structure connected by a short stub. When installed between two flanges and rotated 180°, the pipeline is either fully open or completely shut off. It eliminates the need for a valve seat that can leak and removes the requirement for monthly gasket replacements—requiring only a single, integrally forged component that can remain in the piping system for a lifetime.
