Hello, everyone!
It is a great honor to join you, esteemed industry leaders, in discussing the latest trends in our sector and exploring pathways for mutually beneficial cooperation. On behalf of Shanxi Chengyu Forging Co., Ltd., I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the leaders and colleagues who have long been attentive to and supportive of the development of China’s forging industry.
Forging is the “skeleton” of industry and a critical pillar for building a manufacturing powerhouse. For more than two decades, Shanxi Chengyu Forging has remained firmly committed to its core forging business, striving to become a benchmark in the industry. By continuously strengthening its capabilities across four key dimensions—technology, production capacity, quality, and service—it has forged a development path characterized by upholding fundamental principles while embracing innovation, and by pursuing specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and novelty. Today, the company holds over 20 invention patents, masters core technologies such as large-scale complex forgings and special-alloy forgings, and has successfully overcome numerous “bottleneck” processes. We have built an intelligent forging production line and implemented a digital twin-based control system, enabling fine-grained, end-to-end management from raw materials to finished products, with annual production capacity consistently ranking among the industry’s leaders. Our products are widely used in construction machinery, new-energy equipment, wind and nuclear power, aerospace, and other sectors, and we have established long-term, stable partnerships with numerous leading domestic and international companies, earning multiple prestigious awards.
Currently, the global manufacturing sector is undergoing profound transformation, with new energy, new materials, and intelligent manufacturing emerging as the core trends driving industry development. This presents both new opportunities and higher demands for the forging industry.
