Official Notice on the Hosting of the Second Dingxiang Flange Forging Industry Expo

Dingxiang County Flange Forging Association Document No. 01 of 2026

To all member organizations, upstream and downstream enterprises in the flange forging industry, relevant institutions, and friends from all sectors:

The flange forging industry is a signature pillar industry of Dingxiang County and an important component of China’s equipment-manufacturing industrial chain. To further promote the transformation and upgrading of Dingxiang’s flange forging industry, to establish a high-quality platform for technical exchange, product display, supply–demand matching, and win–win cooperation, to enhance the brand influence and industry competitiveness of Dingxiang flanges, and to foster high-quality industrial development, the Association has, after deliberation and with the approval of the competent supervisory authority, decided to host the Second Dingxiang Flange Forging Industry Expo. The Expo is organized by the Dingxiang County Flange Forging Association and undertaken by Yige Exhibition (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. The relevant details of the event are hereby officially announced as follows:

1. Exhibition Dates: May 22–24, 2026

2. Exhibition Setup Period: May 20–21, 2026

3. Exhibition dismantling time: 3:00 PM on May 24, 2026

4. Exhibition Venue: Dingxiang County Forging Industry Service Base Convention and Exhibition Center

IV. Exhibition Content

1. Product Showcase: A comprehensive display of finished flanges, forged components, forging equipment, die and mold accessories, raw materials, testing instruments, environmental protection equipment, and other products and technologies spanning the entire flange forging industry chain.

2. Showcase of Achievements: Presentation of university research outcomes, focusing on innovations in forging processes, applications of intelligent manufacturing, and applications for green and low-carbon development.

3. Supply-Demand Matching: Organize specialized matchmaking events for buyers and suppliers to facilitate precise resource alignment, helping enterprises expand their markets, explore collaboration opportunities, and reach preliminary agreements on commercial partnerships.

4. Brand Promotion: Provide exhibiting companies with platforms for brand display and promotional outreach, enhance their visibility and market recognition, and advance the overall brand development of the Dingxiang flange industry.

V. Eligible Exhibitors

1. Flange forging and forgings processing enterprises within Dingxiang County and across the country;

2. Upstream and downstream supporting enterprises, including flange forging equipment manufacturing, die and mold production, raw material supply, environmental protection treatment, and testing and inspection;

3. Purchasers and distributors in flange application sectors such as equipment manufacturing, petrochemicals, power, shipbuilding, and construction machinery;

4. Relevant institutions, including industry research organizations, higher education institutions, technical service providers, and industry associations.

VI. Exhibition Registration and Related Matters

1. Registration Period: From the date of this notice until May 20, 2026. Booth allocation will be based on the “first-come, first-served” principle, with registration closing once all available spaces are filled.

2. Registration Method: Interested exhibitors are requested to contact the Organizing Committee of the Dingxiang County Flange Forging Industry Expo.

VII. Other Matters

1. All exhibiting organizations are required to strictly adhere to the requirements of the Exhibition Organizing Committee, complete setup, participation, and dismantling on schedule, comply with on-site management regulations, and conduct themselves in a civilized manner throughout the event.

2. During the exhibition, the Organizing Committee will centrally coordinate and arrange all supporting activities, and all participating organizations are encouraged to actively engage in these initiatives to jointly foster a positive exhibition atmosphere.

3. This expo is designed to serve the development of the industry; detailed regulations regarding exhibition fees, booth setup, and other related matters will be set forth in a separate “Exhibitor’s Guide” issued by the organizing unit.

The development of the flange forging industry is inseparable from the concerted efforts of all professionals in the sector. This expo provides a highly efficient platform for enterprises to engage in exchange and collaboration, and we cordially invite all relevant organizations to actively participate and visit the exhibition, so that together we can discuss major strategies for industry development, explore new market cooperation opportunities, and jointly propel the Dingxiang flange forging industry into a new stage of higher-quality, more sustainable growth.
